KFTD has been strongly committed to preventing bribery and corruption in their departments. Working with the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), KFTD implemented an anti-bribery system to practice better business integrity.
GCG and KFTD’s Reporting System
On 12 February 2024, Kimia Farma Group (including KFTD) and KPK conducted a meeting to create a socialization program for their joint asset declaration system. The meeting created a reporting system for asset declaration (LHKPN).
Bribery prevention can be done by diligently reporting the status of every asset, gift, and gratification. The reporting is done through a digital system that makes review and evaluation easier. The meeting involved the board commissaries, the director, and all the senior leaders within KFTD, ensuring full implementation and commitment toward the anti-bribery and anti corruption system.

KFTD created a system for bribery reporting using manual and digital forms. The report form can be downloaded from the KFTD official website. Each report will undergo thorough analysis and investigation, with official calls, interviews, and cross-checking if necessary.
